Rest – breaks – are often seen as a waste of time, something only earned once everything else is done. But rest isn't a reward; it's a prerequisite for being able to continue. Many psychological symptoms intensify when we're constantly in motion – mentally, organizationally, physically. Rest helps us take a step back, breathe, and see more clearly. This section explores how pausing should be understood not as a weakness, but as a conscious decision. Even if the system seems to think otherwise, doing nothing can be a form of self-protection, and sometimes a silent act of resistance.
“Baby Steps”
Rarely does a single day bring about major change or success. Most steps are small – baby steps, in fact – and yet important! This image serves as a reminder that progress isn't always visible, and that taking breaks is also a part of the process.

Mental Health Collection
awear
Mental health is a central issue for many students – yet it often remains invisible in everyday university life. At the same time, studies show that young adults in particular have low levels of health literacy. This makes it difficult for them to access support, which therefore often remains unclear or unused.
*awear* operates at the intersection of communication, visibility, and participation. Its goal is to strengthen health literacy in a targeted and accessible way – through the design-oriented approach of a clothing collection that conveys mental health messages into everyday life and opens up spaces for dialogue.
The content should be passed on in two senses: as a stimulus for self-reflection – and as an impetus for others.
